We want to introduce children (Kindergarten to 4th Grade) to Jesus Christ and challenge them to become lifelong followers of Him. We accomplish this goal by using a variety of programs and methods that are designed to engage the children in active learning that will lead to an understanding of God and His Word.
Sunday School 9:15a on Sundays
Sunday school is the title we use for our on-going Bible studies for all ages of the church. We use The Gospel Project curriculum for children. The curriculum is a book by book study of the complete Bible. Each week children have the opportunity to discover and learn about the Bible through games and activities, teaching, videos, music, and more.
Sunday school meets on the 2nd Floor of the Family Life Center. We have an area designed especially for children. All of the children's rooms are decorated and designed for children.
We have four groups for children.
Kindergarten & 1st - L.C. Room 223 | Teacher: Andrea Bredow
2nd Grade - L.C. Room 219 | Teachers: Mike & Kathy Martin
3rd - 4th Grade Girls - L.C. Room 221 | Teacher: Rebeka Jewell
3rd - 4th Grade Boys - L.C. Room 220 | Harry & Cindy Crosby
You can register here or the first time you come. Either way, we use a digital registration form.
Children’s Church 10:30a on Sundays
Children's Church is for children Kindergarten to Fourth Grade. Children's Church is a time for the children to hear a Bible lesson on their level. Many times the Bible lesson is the same passage that was taught in Sunday school with other activities to reinforce the message.
Children's Church takes place after the worship portion of the Modern Service in the Life Center. The children will be dismissed during the church service by the worship leader to go upstairs to the children's room. The leader(s) for the week will go with them at that time.
The children will remain in the children's room until a family member comes and picks them up from room L. C. 222 on the second floor of the Life Center.
Children’s Choirs 6:30p on Sundays
Children's Choir is for children kindergarten to fifth grade. Children's Choir is more than just singing. The children will learn to praise God through song, motions, skits, and solos that all revolve around a specific theme. The children host two musicals each year. One at Christmas and one in May.
Children's Choirs meet to practice and learn in the Children's Room located on the second floor of the Life Center.
There are no sign-up instructions. Just bring your child to the Children's room and someone will be there to greet you and answer any questions.

Adventure Kids is a program for children Kindergarten to Fourth Grade that teaches children about missions. Each time we meet the children discover a new place that our church has gone to for missions or where we know someone who is a missionary. We have gone to places like Ft. Collins CO. and Colombia South America.
Adventure Kids meet about once a quarter on Sunday mornings. The children move away from their normal schedule to discover more about missions from 9:15-11:30.
Adventure Kids is designed to allow children to learn and experience different places while keeping the perspective on missions. Children will rotate and experience each place through:
Worship & Bible Study
Games & Activities
Crafts - Prayer Craft as well as a Take Home Craft
Snacks - Food and Drink from the area we are discovering
Interview with Missionaries through video or in person
