Job Posting – Senior Pastor Position
Scott Lake Baptist Church is a 50-year-old congregation located in a growing area in central Florida. SLBC currently has an attendance of about three hundred on Sunday mornings and is affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention, the Florida Baptist Convention, and the South Florida Baptist Association. We are prayerfully seeking a lead pastor with a strong foundation and knowledge of the Bible, a heart for discipleship and pastoral care, and strong leadership qualities. Desired qualifications include having a graduate degree of a master’s degree or higher from an accredited seminary or divinity school and at least five years of pastoral experience at a multi-staff church.
